- Experience with HR business processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation, benefits, talent management, and performance management.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and HR analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Familiarity with HRIS integration and data migration strategies.
