- Knowledge management experience.
- Proficiency in using technical tools and CMS-type structures.
- Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working with Comcast.
- Additional Qualities:
- Adaptable and able to pivot quickly as needed.
- Not starting from scratch – playbooks are available for review.
- Capable of pairing with engineers who provide content for translation into partner-facing documents.
