- Minimum of seven (7) years of Project Management / Program Delivery or applicable experience required
- Minimum of five (5) years-experience in healthcare required and working in a large-scale, Agile program
- Experience coordinating internal and vendor resources for flawless execution of large-scale, fast-paced program
- Solid written and verbal communication skills is a must; ability to present complex ideas to cross-functional audiences, business implications/priorities to technical teams, and can bring project challenges to management's attention effectively
- Proficiency in agile mgmt. tools (Jira, Pathfinder, Confluence, Microsoft suite)
- Required competencies are customer centric, critical thinker, analytical, ability to deal with ambiguity, growth mindset, and technical savvy in a high-paced, start-up environment
