Production Process Project Lead

Production Process Project Lead-Onsite work Reedsville, PA

Travel expenses will be paid.

Project will transfer a Production line from Shanghai to their facility

• Person would be required to travel to Shanghai for the first 2 weeks of the project
  
  

Project Lead and be hands on each step of the process of shutting down a Operations production line at a facility in Shanghai, packing it all up including the equipment, and re-installing it at a plant in PA. Person does not have to have med device but it is a requirement.

Skills/Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing, product development, or industrial engineering in relevant domains, like consumer electronics product or medical device.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Good knowledge on QMS (quality management system), like ISO9001, ISO13485, etc.
• Familiarity with automation manufacture, robotics, and ERP/MES systems
