We need an SAP ISU functional consultant w specific background in Billing, CRM & Customer Service in the ISU Module.
In short, we candidates experienced w Workflows as it relates to SAP Utilities (IS-U) - CRM, BIlling and Customer Service& Customer Credits for opting into Green Energy
.. Customers who opt in for Green Energy have to be Credited to their account
- SAP IS-Utilities (IS-U) certification is required.
- Proven experience working in a utility environment with a strong understanding of utility business processes.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP IS-U modules, including billing, invoicing, meter data management, and customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
