Prior Customer Service Experience In Person Or Remote.
Knowledge and understanding of SQL and relational databases.
SQL Queries Creation Experience.
Experience with DB tables relationships.
Experience Working With Stored Procedures.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with aggressive timeframes.
Self-starter attitude: Take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills: writing, verbal (listening and comprehension).
Have an understanding in low voltage electronics (48V or less).
Basic understanding of mechanical, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems.
