What We Need To See
- Bachelor's degree or specialized training in Business Operations for software and appliance service businesses (or equivalent experience). Finance or Business IT background is a plus.
- 2 years of operations experience; SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Requires good interpersonal, problem solving and the capability to multi-task.
- Understanding of various industry trends and apply technology such as web-service for EDI ordering.
- Software and services entitlement modifications, including ownership transfers, contract/term adjustments, end-user contact changes, cancellations, and serial number updates across all applicable systems.
- Data integrity for software and support services within applicable systems
- Generate and maintain operational reports, charts, and metrics for assigned areas.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new product and program launches.
- Find opportunities for process and system improvements and collaborate with multi-functional teams for implementation.
- EDI purchase order submissions and sales order bookings, addressing any issues with partners to determine root causes and resolutions.
- Software NFR (Not For Resale) and non-standard evaluation entitlement process
- Order fulfillment for software and support services, including running SAP backlog reports, closing orders in SAP, generating entitlements in EMS, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
