- 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Process Analyst, or similar role, preferably in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
- Demonstrated experience writing SOPs, work instructions, and process flows (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and document control procedures (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
- Strong interviewing and facilitation skills to elicit information from SMEs (subject matter experts).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with documentation tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, or DITA-based systems is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in orthopedic or trauma device operations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Understanding of systems integration projects and supply chain documentation best practices.
