- 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Process Analyst, or similar role, preferably in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries
- Demonstrated experience writing SOPs, work instructions, and process flows (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and document control procedures (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485)
- Strong interviewing and facilitation skills to elicit information from SMEs (subject matter experts)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with documentation tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, or DITA-based systems is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and cross-functional collaboration
