AI Solutions Architect (Salesforce & AI)
Lincoln, RI (3 days / week)
The AI Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that solve business problems.
Core Skills & Experience :
Salesforce Data Cloud : Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is highly desirable, especially for connecting dots within the platform and ensuring proper integration.
Deep knowledge of data quality is essential, as the data is currently disorganized.
Experience with AWS / Cloud Technologies : Familiarity with AWS, cloud technologies, and data cloud terminology is important.
Experience working Agile Pods.
Desired Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or comparable experience with deep understanding of the insurance industry
5 years of proven experience as an AI Solutions Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful AI projects. Displays self-motivation and self-direction.
Proficiency in AI / ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Able to take control of difficult situations; Perseveres even during resistance or setbacks and remain focused on achieving successful outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience working in Agile delivery environments, using frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
