About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager with hospitality sales experience to help grow our client base. This role is perfect for a motivated, results-driven sales professional who understands the restaurant industry and knows how to connect with operators. Your main goal will be to sell our consulting services to restaurants and help them improve their bottom line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with restaurant owners, operators, and decision-makers
- Present and sell Across’s consulting, financial, and operational solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close deals
- Manage a sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant clients
- Work closely with our consulting and marketing teams to refine outreach efforts
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to drive sales
Requirements:
✔️ Hospitality industry sales experience (restaurants, foodservice, or hospitality tech)
✔️ Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management
✔️ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
✔️ Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM systems
✔️ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
