Responsible for life cycle management of all contracts, including initial drafting, coordinating, compiling and responding to comments and ensuring proper execution, storage and retention.
Serve as the business unit subject matter expert on all contractual matters, including the utilization of a CLM software.
Ensuring the company is utilizing all current forms and consistent across all locations.
Training appropriate Teammates across the company on the importance of contract compliance.
Understanding Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to verify insurance of third parties aligns with contract terms. WHERE IS IT LOCATED :
Rock Hill, SC (Onsite 5 days a week) THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
Bachelor`s degree from an accredited university
Experience in a technical field (legal, accounting, engineering)
Experience with process documentation and process improvement
Experience in a leadership role
Experience with a contract lifecycle management software
Knowledge of revenue recognition implications within commercial contract
