PowerBI, and data visualizations experience combined with the creation of dashboards from the ground up will be critical in this role.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the rapidly growing organization.
The Senior FP&A Analyst will collaborate with various departments, providing insightful financial analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations to drive business
performance.
Utilizing PowerBI, the Senior FP&A Analyst will prepare and distribute regular financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities through the creation of visualization dashboard reporting techniques.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance against strategic objectives. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Proven experience as an FP&A Analyst, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with PowerBI software is a strong preference.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. #LI-MS2
