WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Oversee and enhance comprehensive sales commission programs for a large, dynamic sales force (2,000 representatives, 40 commission structures), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with divisional leadership to analyze commission plan performance, refine key metrics, and implement strategic adjustments on a quarterly basis.
- Lead annual strategy and validation sessions with senior business leaders, optimizing commission programs to support long-term growth and company goals.
- Drive commission-related initiatives in collaboration with the Technology Group, enhancing systems, processes, and performance metrics to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team responsible for maintaining and evolving commission processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient payout and reconciliation.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, compensation, and/or financial analytics, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SQL, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
