THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in accounting, finance, or corporate planning, with 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn internal financial systems.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, promoting productivity and collaboration across all levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and teams.
