- Proven experience in FP&A with exposure to full P&L management, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain-heavy environment.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling—especially with sales and product planning.
- Familiarity with cost accounting, inventory management, and operational finance in plant or warehouse settings.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including global tax and audit groups.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools, along with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
