Build and manage project roadmap to support 100 franchise locationsAnalyze marketing data to provide actionable insights, collaborating with stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness across online and offline channels.Act as the project owner overseeing development and maintenance of dashboards, tagging, and tracking to support targeted marketing and media optimization.Identify opportunities for campaign optimization, driving quality sales and customer acquisition to both physical and online business units.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
Experience with marketing analytics and providing actionable insights, preferably within a franchise or retail environment.Experience with Google Tag Manager or Tealium is requiredSkilled in data visualization with Tableau, Power BI, Datorama, or similar.Preferred experience with a customer research platform such as Qualtrics or Medallia
