Ensures effective onboarding, training, and adoption of major company-wide initiatives, including ERP implementation.
Centralizes training materials into a unified, user-friendly repository, making it easier for employees to access and utilize essential documentation.
Transforms traditional manuals and SOPs into interactive, digital formats that improve employee engagement and retention of information.
Develops bilingual training assets that accommodate the diverse needs of employees across multiple languages, countries, and company practices.
Establishes a replicable methodology for future training projects, ensuring sustainability and adaptability as company needs evolve.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
Open to a 3-6 month consulting engagement, bringing flexibility and a focused approach to short-term, high-impact projects.
Demonstrated experience in creating training content, particularly digital or interactive assets, for diverse, global workforces.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of training materials.
Familiarity with user-friendly digital tools (e.g., Synthesia or similar) and knowledge management systems, such as intranet platforms.
Experience in transforming traditional documentation (e.g., policy manuals, SOPs) into efficient, streamlined, and engaging digital formats.
Track record of managing projects working with vendors, internal teams, and subject matter experts to develop and organize comprehensive training solutions.
