- Assist with migration of transportation and deliver operations to multiple third-party logistic providers.
- Develop a comprehensive change management strategy and plan to support the transfer of employees and restructuring of roles and responsibilities.
- Track over all progress and develop compelling presentations for executive leadership teams - translating complex information into clear, concise, and engaging presentation materials.
- Provide guidance and coaching to General Managers (GMs) and hourly employees to instill and reinforce new standard practices.
- Serve as the central point of knowledge to answer questions and resolve issues during and after the launch phase across regions.
- Deep expertise in Change Management, with hands-on experience driving enterprise-wide implementations and business transformations.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, executing, and overseeing large-scale initiatives in dynamic environments.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from frontline teams to executive leadership.
- Highly organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry experience in Logistics/Transportation is required.
- Quick-Service Restaurants (QSR)or Food Service is a plus.
