Opportunity to consult on a Workday HCM implementation project, in collaboration with key internal stakeholders, business partners, and the systems integrator.
Flexible, part-time consulting role with the potential to expand hours as needed
Fully remote position with no travel required
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
Lead internal project management efforts for the Workday HCM implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and project timelines
Manage stakeholder engagement, communication, and expectations across HR, IT, and executive leadership
Oversee project risks, escalations, and issue resolution to keep the project on track
Coordinate with the selected Systems Integrator (SI) and internal teams on Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, and General Ledger modules
Support the design and implementation of automated interfaces to replace manual processes
Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan to drive user adoption and minimize disruption
Ensure compliance with internal PMO governance and project management standards
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Strong generalist project management background with experience in change management, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and project coordination
Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing change management strategies
Ability to manage multiple priorities with fluid, part-time work hours
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Bachelor`s degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred
Preferred : Proven experience managing Workday HCM implementations, specifically in Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, and GL modules
