- Lead and manage a portfolio of 40–50 projects of varying sizes, ensuring alignment with operational priorities in a manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive project success, aligning initiatives with organizational goals.
- Oversee and refine project management frameworks, governance structures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Travel 25–40% as needed to support project execution, requiring a flexible lifestyle.
- Work 100% on-site with no relocation assistance, reporting directly to the Director of the PMO.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred).
- 7 years of project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK) and proficiency in Smartsheet for planning and tracking.
- Ability to travel 25-40% as needed (Domestic & International Travel) and work on-site in Belmont; no relocation assistance provided.
