LOCATION :
On-site in Denver, NC

Manage the complete recruitment process for specialized positions, handling all aspects from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
Represent the organization at relevant industry events and recruiting functions, promoting the company’s culture and strengthening its presence in the market.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job postings, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to attract and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Review resumes, assess candidates' qualifications, and conduct interviews to evaluate their skills, experience, and fit with the organization’s culture.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing campaigns, monitor the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and enhance the company’s online presence to support hiring efforts.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
3 years of recruiting experience
Experience in aviation recruiting is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
