- Onsite in Ballantyne area of Charlotte
- Partner with leadership to drive the recruiting process and fulfill staffing needs through effective strategies and talent pipelines.
- Educate business partners on recruiting best practices and market data, and manage the offer process, including salary recommendations and negotiations.
- Maintain applicant tracking system data integrity, handle interview logistics, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Develop a network of contacts to source qualified talent and initiate direct sourcing for specific positions.
- 2 years of professional recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with an ATS (SuccessFactors preferred)
- Experience recruiting for the transportation, logistics and/or freight brokerage industry is required
