Support logistics by coordinating daily shipment activities, scheduling outbound deliveries, and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and other office systems to manage and update orders, production schedules, and customer requests efficiently.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Excel, email communication, and office phone systems.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales order management and client support.
Familiarity with logistics processes or knowledge (1 year preferred).
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
