- Charlotte, NC - Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
- Working alongside cross-functional teams to prioritize key financial initiatives.
- Providing detailed monthly financial reports and insights for management review.
- Assisting with period-end closings, reconciliations, and internal auditing tasks.
- Analyzing financial performance using variance reports and financial models to suggest improvements.
- Supporting the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience (10 years) in accounting or finance, with advanced knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting.
- Skilled in Excel and familiar with financial planning and analysis software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or CMA) is preferred but not required.
