- Hybrid scheduled (3 days on / 2 days remote)
- Create and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow from multiple sources into the data warehouse, providing reliable and timely data for business decisions.
- Build and refine data models to transform raw data into structured, usable data products that are optimized for reporting and analysis.
- Design and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights, enabling teams to make data-driven decisions and track business performance.
- Monitor and improve the performance of data systems and queries, ensuring efficient and reliable data access and reducing unnecessary complexity and costs.
- Work closely with business users to understand their requirements, ensuring the analytics solutions you deliver meet their needs and support their objectives. You’ll also provide training and support to stakeholders on business intelligence and reporting tools.
- 5 years experience in a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, BI role
- Proven experience with Snowflake, and data transformation tools such as dbt, Airbyte, & Hightouch, or similar tools
- Extensive knowledge of tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Astrato, or similar
- Strong data analytics background with the ability to communicate with internal & external stakeholders
- Proficiency in writing Python code and experience with version control and CI/CD best practices. Emphasis should be on SQL over Python
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics. Not a hard requirement
