THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
Proven experience in conceptual, schematic, and design development estimating, including preparing GMPs and lump-sum bids.
Strong ability to analyze project documentation, interpret space plans and narratives, and develop accurate cost assessments from limited information.
Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams to align estimates with strategic objectives and project goals.
Skilled in managing multiple high-complexity projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
