- PowerBI, and data visualizations experience combined with the creation of dashboards from the ground up will be critical in this role.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the rapidly growing organization.
- The Senior FP&A Analyst will collaborate with various departments, providing insightful financial analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations to drive business performance.
- Utilizing PowerBI, the Senior FP&A Analyst will prepare and distribute regular financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities through the creation of visualization dashboard reporting techniques.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance against strategic objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as an FP&A Analyst, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with PowerBI software is a strong preference.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
