- Analyzes payroll workflows, identifies inefficiencies, and implements improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Provides payroll reporting and analysis to assist HR and finance teams in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensures seamless coordination between payroll and benefits, minimizing discrepancies and enhancing the employee experience.
- 3 years experience processing and analyzing payroll data using UKG to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- 3 years experience in managing benefits programs, including enrollments, deductions, and reconciliations, ensuring seamless integration with payroll.
- 3 years conducting payroll audits, identifies discrepancies, and ensures adherence to federal, state, and company policies.
