- By developing and refining project management frameworks, the Senior Project Manager ensures consistency, efficiency, and best practices across all initiatives.

- Through proactive risk management, performance monitoring, and KPI tracking, the Senior Project Manager helps the company navigate challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
- 7 years of leading complex, high-impact projects, ideally within manufacturing, supply chain, or consumer goods industries.
- Proven ability to develop and implement project management frameworks, governance structures, and best practices to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align projects with business objectives, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure seamless execution.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK), and KPI-driven performance tracking to monitor project success and mitigate risks.
- Background in mentoring project teams, training junior project managers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in project execution.
