- Perform reconciliations, ensuring all billings, costs and receivables are accurately recorded.
- Manage data entry and maintain cost sheets for accurate invoicing.
- Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups and ensure timely collections.
- Verify billing accuracy.
- Work with joint ventures to track actual costs across separate entities and confirm proper billing.
- Support month end closing as needed.
- Help develop and maintain spreadsheets for financial tracking and reporting.
- Assist with general staff accounting duties, particularly on the receivables side.
- Adapt to new processes and responsibilities with a strong sense of trainability.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong skills in reconciliation, problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial data management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
