- Design and enhance scalable data infrastructure to drive faster, more efficient analysis and reporting.
- Partner with Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to solve complex data challenges and unlock valuable insights.
- Develop and maintain high-performance data pipelines to support advanced analytics and reporting initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and security, implementing best-in-class protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
- Leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to optimize business performance and inform strategic decision-making.
- Integrate modern technologies seamlessly into existing data frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Establish and oversee data management strategies that ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable business intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record as a Data Manager or Lead Data Engineer.
- Advanced SQL expertise, including writing complex queries, developing stored procedures, and troubleshooting data import/export errors in SQL Server.
- Deep expertise in Python or Java for data processing and analytics.
- Skilled in schema design, dimensional data modeling, and database management technologies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and a proactive approach to learning and expanding Azure services expertise.
- Strong knowledge of data migration, mapping, validation, and reporting best practices.
