Role Overview: We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in early-stage startups. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting compelling content, possess a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content tailored to our target audience, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Channel Management: Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing performance across digital platforms.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:
