We’re seeking an HR Business Partner to lead and optimize our human resources functions at Accruity. As a key leader within our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our people strategy, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee experience. What You’ll Do:
Support HR Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our business objectives and company culture.
Recruitment & Talent Management – Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, workforce planning, and employer branding to attract and retain top talent.
Employee Engagement & Culture – Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and high performance while driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
HR Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures.
Benefits & Compensation Administration – Manage benefits programs, payroll coordination, and compensation structures to maintain a competitive and equitable rewards system.
Performance Management & Training – Implement performance evaluation processes and develop training programs to support employee growth and professional development.
HR Technology & Process Improvement – Leverage HR technology and data analytics to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and drive data-informed decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices.
- Experience managing recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to design and implement HR policies, processes, and technology solutions.
- Proven track record of building and fostering a strong company culture.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)
