Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Non-profit Representative to join our team. This role is essential in promoting our mission and engaging with the community to drive support for our initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills and a commitment to the values of our organization, ensuring that financial operations align with our goals.

Duties

• Engage with community members and stakeholders to raise awareness about our non-profit initiatives.
• Maintain accurate financial records through double entry bookkeeping and general ledger accounting.
• Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
• Utilize accounting software such as MIP, Bill.com, QuickBooks or Xero for managing financial transactions and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports to support organizational transparency.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for fundraising and community outreach efforts.
• Provide support in managing donor relationships and tracking contributions effectively.
