What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at AcctPositions?
We are seeking a Controller for our client. Highly visible role to produce financial reports and manage the accounting department.
Functions :
- Prepare and manage the month end close and financial package to CFO and C-Suite / Board of Directors. Prepare SALT tax returns, variance analysis, sales reports, flash reports and expense analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and ensuring GAAP.
- Prepare financial reports for corporate office and leading internal / external audits.
- Manage and mentor accounting team.
Requirements :
MBA and / or CPA is highly regarded.
