Payroll Specialist #4369

Our client, a non-profit organization is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in payroll-related records. In this role you will manage payroll systems, review employee timesheets, maintain compliance with payroll regulations, and handle benefits-related deductions using ADP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review payroll data/timesheets for accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records and handle necessary adjustments.
• Prepare benefits deductions, 401k, travel, expenses and LOA.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
• Assist with employee inquiries and provide payroll-related support.

Qualifications:

• Experience in ADP payroll processing REQUIRED!
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
