Our client, a non-profit organization is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in payroll-related records. In this role you will manage payroll systems, review employee timesheets, maintain compliance with payroll regulations, and handle benefits-related deductions using ADP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review payroll data/timesheets for accuracy.
- Maintain payroll records and handle necessary adjustments.
- Prepare benefits deductions, 401k, travel, expenses and LOA.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
- Assist with employee inquiries and provide payroll-related support.
Qualifications:
- Experience in ADP payroll processing REQUIRED!
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
