Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify timekeeping data
- Manage garnishments and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Handle employee inquiries and requests related to payroll preparation
- Calculate hours worked, including overtime and PTO, and bonuses/commissions
- Issue direct deposits and manage tax forms as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Ensure strict deadlines are met
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Fluent English language skills (speaking, reading, writing)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now required
