What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Planner position at ACCU Staffing Services?
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Planner to join our team. In this role, you will review and optimize manufacturing, distribution, and sub-contract orders to create a proficient Manufacturing Order (MO) Processing Plan. You will provide planning guidance to assembly line SMEs, leaders, and operations execution teams, ensuring transparency and complete objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and consolidate manufacturing, distribution, and sub-contract orders for optimal capacity and priority planning.
- Provide daily planning support to assembly line SMEs, leaders, and operations teams.
- Address and resolve material and inventory supply issues to ensure adherence to manufacturing and distribution orders.
- Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), release Rework MOs, and participate in the DMR/MDR process and daily GEMBA/production walks.
- Maintain master schedule integrity by identifying and optimizing supply materials, expediting as needed, and addressing issues promptly.
- Manage ETQ action items related to planning daily.
- Report on-time delivery, production adherence, and material status to ensure smooth production and customer fulfillment.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Supply Chain, or a relevant Associate Degree with 7-10 years of planning and supply chain experience in a customer-focused manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Infor M3 ERP/MRP software.
- Expertise in data analytics and mathematical skills, with working knowledge of analytical tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues.
- Comprehensive knowledge of smarteam, engineering change, E-ticket, and ETQ (Excellence Through Quality) processes.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday ( 5:30am - 4:00pm )
OFF - Friday, Saturday, Sunday's
