Job Summary
We are seeking a Operator/Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in operating various machinery while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Duties
- Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure product specifications are met.
- Operate more than one machine simultaneously.
- Operate/Assembly duties for various applications.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies or machine malfunctions to supervisors.
Experience
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a factory setting.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and learning new skills related to machine operations and assemblies.
- Willing to hire with no experience if willing to learn
