You will represent our employer brand to potential talent, creating great candidate experience. This role owns and executes the talent strategy for the company by managing the full life cycle recruitment process for positions throughout the company.
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter will, you’ll Manage the whole shebang, from sourcing to offer letters and background checks.
THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN THE OFFICE MONDAY - FRIDAY IN THE ST. LOUIS, MO AREA. REMOTE WORK IS NOT AVAILABLE
PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE RECRUITING PREFERRED.
Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter Duties and Expectations :
- High-Volume Recruitment : Source, attract, and hire top talent.
- Establish and share reports on workforce analysis through ATS to monitor recruitment results.
- Partner with the HR Manager and leaders to identify and fulfill current and future headcount / staffing needs.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Support all stages of the interview process with hiring managers as needed, prepare offer letters, and complete the on-boarding process for all new hires.
- Facilitate all new hire orientations.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions for new positions.
- Champion inclusion and diversity in the recruitment process.
- Creating a candidate experience that is so delightful, they’ll be singing our praises.
