Job Details:

1:1 Nursing in patient's home
- 34yr old with Gastrostomy, Non-ambulatory, Non-verbal, Oxygen, Seizure activity, Straight catheterization, Tracheostomy, Ventilator
- Daytime shifts available: Fridays: 8am-4pm and Sundays: 2pm-12am
- Overnight shifts available: Saturdays: 10pm-8am and Sundays: 12am-8am (Monday)
- Patient-specific training provided
- Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info)
Requirements:
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator required
- NYS Nursing licensure required
- Must be computer literate
- Completion of onboarding required prior to training
- Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed
- Must have malpractice insurance
Compensation:
- Sign on bonus starting at $1,250*
- $32/hr
