Project Coordinator I

We are currently seeking to fill a Project Coordinator Level I position for IT and network related projects. The candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Experience in IT, telecom, or technology projects is preferred. Project Coordinators (PCs) are responsible to know the intricacies of their specific projects and ensure those projects move forward on schedule and with the required quality.
This is an on site position. Applicants should expect to work at Accucode’s physical offices in order to perform their duties.

Job Scope
- Understand and maintain a high level project schedule
- Estimate labor requirements with forecasting 8 weeks in advance
- Provide a detailed daily production plan based on available equipment and labor updated daily
- Communicate daily production goals to the people working on their projects
- Train and hold workers accountable for goals and quality on the production lines
- Ensure the minimum quality level is achieved and all work is completed including updates in internal system, provide final reports, ensure data integrity, etc
- Conduct a weekly production assessment and customer expectation alignment update which will be communicated internally (and with customers when required)
- Detailed knowledge of labor requirements, tasks, and quality requirements for each project
- Provide customer reporting and accounting reporting - correct and on time
- Ensure all roadblocks are removed to allow for efficient line production, including updated tasking, packets ready, etc
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
- Review project deliverables
- Grave attention to detail and detail oriented meaning that the details matter, specifics matter
- Self discipline to learn,
- Team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities

Preferred Experience
- Experience with Google docs, spreadsheets, email and chat
- Must have excellent communication skills, including: active listening skills, speaking clearly and concisely, and be easily understood.
- Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software
- Proactive thinker
- Must be able to take type notes while communicating over the phone at the same time.
- Must have good writing and spelling skills, with the ability to document technical issues in a clear and effective manner with appropriate detail.
- Self-starter, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- College Experience / Diploma or High school diploma
Hours
You will be assigned to either an 8 hour or 12 hour shift depending on current project needs. Standard shifts are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
