Accudyn Products, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. We provide a high-energy environment with a culture that supports individual growth & opportunities. We are looking for a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills who, with attention to detail, can resolve problems and provide solutions to our customers.

This position will facilitate the sales order implementation process in order to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to customers. This position will serve as the liaison for providing resolution of manufacturing, delivery, and timing for assigned customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter sales orders from customer purchase orders.
  • Expedite and/or coordinate changes to orders between Accudyn and our customers.
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer problems, coordinating with engineering, quality, shipping, of production, as required
  • Acknowledge orders from customers by verifying price, revision level, packaging, timing, and delivery.
  • Update and send reports to customers on shipments, schedules, etc.
  • Provide shipping and tracking information to customers, as required.
  • Keep sales information up to date and accurate in the database.
  • Verification of finished good balances in the warehouse, as needed.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree with an appropriate major or relevant experience preferred.

Other Skills and Abilities

  • While on the job, employee must have the ability to communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers, management and customers.
  • Ability to adopt the mentality the “customer is always right” approach within reason while communicating with our customers.
  • Ability to apply basic algebra skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems that arise on the job.
  • Must possess strong computer skills including Microsoft applications, Outlook
  • Ability to learn customize software if needed
  • Employee should be goal oriented and a team player with self-motivation.
  • Performs functional responsibilities with little to no supervision
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with coworkers and management both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to find a balance of what is doable for both parties, Accudyn and customer, while keeping your own feelings in line.
  • Ability to look beyond immediate needs for planning and scheduling purposes.
  • Ability to know when to take a request to someone else within the organization.
  • Ability to speak Spanish would be an asset but not required.

This role is onsite at our Erie, PA location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
