In this critical role, you will be the final checkpoint for projects before they are handed off to Project Managers and Operations, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and aligned with company standards.
Responsibilities :
Review project proposals and plans : Evaluate project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for feasibility and completeness.
Identify potential risks and issues : Analyze project plans for potential roadblocks, dependencies, and challenges, and flag them for clarification or revision.
Verify compliance : Ensure projects adhere to internal processes, guidelines, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with project teams : Communicate effectively with project originators to address inconsistencies, gaps, or areas needing improvement.
Maintain project documentation : Track and manage project submissions, revisions, and approvals.
