Acculevel seeks a hands-on Crew Leader to lead our foundation repair operations. As a working Crew Leader, you will be onsite with your team, actively participating in the work while providing guidance and support. You will oversee and inspire a team of skilled professionals, ensuring the successful execution of foundation repair projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:
- Team Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team of general laborers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Task Delegation: Assign tasks effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and efficient project completion.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and recognize and reward achievements.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide opportunities for skill development to enhance team capabilities.
Project Execution:
- Project Planning: Review projects and implement comprehensive project plans to meet project deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce strict quality standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure adherence to Acculevel's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address challenges proactively, developing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, analyze performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget.
Technical Proficiency:
- Foundation Repair Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of foundation repair techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain foundation repair equipment safely and efficiently.
- Industry Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Client Relations:
- Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client Satisfaction: Prioritize client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Safety Compliance:
- Safety Culture: Promote a strong safety culture by leading by example and enforcing Acculevel's safety regulations.
- Hazard Identification: Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks or communicate to management to assist.
- Incident Reporting: Document and report safety incidents promptly, conducting thorough investigations to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field involving manual labor is an asset, though not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in the safe operation of hand tools(Drills, Saws, Jack Hammer) and construction equipment (Skid Steer, Forklift, Mini-Excavator).
- Physical Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working in various extreme outdoor conditions.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of and commitment to workplace safety practices and procedures.
- Aptitude and Attitude: A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and contribute effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
