Position Summary :

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Project Advisor to join our team. The Project Advisor will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance on foundation projects, ensuring they meet technical, regulatory, and client requirements.This role does not require background in foundation or the construction industry. Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning : Advise on the planning and development of foundation projects, including scope, objectives, and strategies.
• Technical Guidance : Provide technical expertise on foundation design and construction, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Client Consultation : Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing updates, and ensuring their expectations are met.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure project success.
• Reporting : Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, financial status, and any issues or changes.
• Problem Solving : Address and resolve technical and operational issues as they arise, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and outcomes.
