Position Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Project Advisor to join our team. The Project Advisor will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance on foundation projects, ensuring they meet technical, regulatory, and client requirements. This role does not require background in foundation or the construction industry. We are looking for a proven sales professional, with strong customer service skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Advise on the planning and development of foundation projects, including scope, objectives, and strategies.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise on foundation design and construction, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Client Consultation: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing updates, and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure project success.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, financial status, and any issues or changes.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve technical and operational issues as they arise, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience
