Our client is an award-winning premium tequila brand dedicated to producing high-quality spirits with exceptional taste. Having just launched, our client is rapidly gaining traction and making a mark in the industry. To sustain and accelerate this momentum, our client is seeking two dynamic and experienced Sales Representatives to cover the Los Angeles area.
Objective of the Role
The On- and Off-premise Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and brand awareness for the brand in the designated territory. This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, both on-premise (bars, restaurants, etc.) and off-premise (liquor stores, retail outlets, etc.), to achieve sales targets and expand the brand's presence.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and aggressive self-starter with 1 to 2 years of sales experience in the Wine and Spirits industry. They must currently reside within the the Los Angeles Metro area and possess a deep understanding of the local market. A passion for premium spirits, particularly Anejo, is essential. The candidate should be capable of working independently, managing multiple accounts, and driving sales performance through strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key on- and off-premise accounts, including bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and retail outlets.
- Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to promote the brand's product line and brand story.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, tastings, and other marketing activities to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and achieve brand objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account information, and performance metrics.
