Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify trend directions, ensuring the collections remain innovative and aligned with market demands.
- Create detailed technical packs and oversee their accurate execution, maintaining the highest standards of design integrity.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to meet calendar deadlines for seasonal and special capsule collections, ensuring seamless project progression.
- Engage with vendors and the sourcing team to introduce novel elements into product development while adhering to cost specifications.
- Participate in the review of samples, attend fittings, and communicate design modifications as necessary.
- Maintain consistent communication with the Production team to ensure the design concept is upheld throughout the production process.
- Cultivate an understanding of the company's aesthetic, promoting its principles within the design team and throughout daily operations.
